What an exciting opportunity for Customers!

For the fifth year, the Michigan Rehabilitation Council (MRC) has received funding from MRS to provide ## scholarships for Customers of MRS to attend the Michigan Rehabilitation Conference.  The conference is being held at the Amway Grand Hotel Plaza / DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Michigan beginning with a Conference Orientation Session at 6 p.m.on Tuesday October 20th and concluding on Friday October 23rd at 2 p.m. after the Wrap Up Session and Employment Focus Group.

The following 4 documents are available for download.  Completed applications should first be sent to District Managers for approval and final signature.  Approved applications must be sent to the MRC office no later than TUESDAY OCTOBER 13th.

NOTE: We prefer that applications are faxed to us at 517.887.9369

The MRC staff will contact individual customers and their counselors by phone, no later than Thursday October 15th to notify them of the scholarship award to attend or exhibit at the conference.
