What an exciting opportunity for Customers!

For the sixth year, the Michigan Rehabilitation Council (MRC) has received funding from MRS to provide 10 scholarships for Customers of MRS (8 customers and 2 exhibitors) to attend the Michigan Rehabilitation Conference.  The conference is being held at the DeVos Place / Amway Grand Plaze in Grand Rapids, Michigan beginning with a Conference Orientation Session at 6 p.m.on Tuesday October 25th and concluding at 12 p.m. on Friday October 28th.

The following 4 documents (in PDF format) are available for download.  Approved applications must be forwarded via fax or email to the MRC office no later than FRIDAY OCTOBER 14th.

NOTE: We prefer that applications are faxed to us at 517.887.9369

The MRC staff will contact individual customers and their counselors by phone, no later than Wednesday October 19th to notify them of the scholarship award to attend or exhibit at the conference.
