The MRC is mandated to collect information from the citizens of Michigan regarding their experiences with MRS and/or the resources needed as they work to achieve meaningful employment. This information is compiled with documentation compiled from a variety of sources, eg. other partners, MRS reports, and MRC member/staff involvement on MRS work groups. Following is Attachment 4.2, relevant to the Fiscal Year 2005 State Plan. This attachment recognizes the successes of MRS, while simultaneously challenging the state agency to look at a variety of program aspects that would impact increased satisfaction with employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Once submitted, the State Director will reply in writing indicating his support and/or concern of the document.
